About the role:

The Nurse Manager for Dialysis will oversee the Ambulatory Treatment Center, CMC Dialysis Care (inpatient and outpatient), and the Donor Apheresis Center. • Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.

Education
\n  

\n
• (BSN) Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required) or
\n
• Other Accredited Program: (MN) Master in Nursing (Required)
\n

Work Experience
\n  

\n
• 3+ years progressive clinical and management experience (Required)
\n

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
\n  

\n
• Demonstrates skills in human relations, human & material resource management. (Required proficiency)
\n
• Evidence of ability to provide exceptional nursing leadership. (Required proficiency)
\n
• Demonstrates the ability to facilitate change, excellent communication and organizational skills. (Required proficiency)

• Demonstrates a professional demeanor when responding to patients/customers. (Required proficiency)

• Able to handle high-pressure situations. (Required proficiency)

• Knowledge of current technology and equipment to meet patient and employee needs. (Required proficiency)

Licenses and Certifications

• Registered Nurse (RN), Ohio and/or Multi State Compact License (Required) and

• Basic Life Support (BLS) (Required)
\n
• Certification in clinical or leadership specialty (Required within 1 Year)
