IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP)We are a national MSP with a growing presence in New York City. This is a full-time, permanent, W2 position paying up to $75k with full benefits, hybrid WFH schedule, certification reimbursement, $1,000 stipend for home office, unlimited PTO, 401(k), Maternity/Paternity leave, and clear paths for internal promotions.We are currently seeking IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) with previous MSP experience. The IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) should be comfortable supporting clients in Windows and Mac environments. Key technologies you will use as a IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) are, but limited to; Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Google Workspaces, Mac OS, JAMF, VMware, Citrix, Meraki, Mimecast, and Azure.IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) Day to Day:Help people having problems with their Mac, PC, or smartphone, network, server, or virtual environment – on the phone, by email, and in person.Help coworkers with challenges that require some extra brainsBe available to help with issues onsiteSetup new Macs, PCs, and smartphones.
