Cardiologist | Bronx, NY | Full time

Overview

This outpatient-focused opportunity offers the chance to practice comprehensive cardiovascular medicine while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

\n
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage cardiovascular conditions
\n
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing, including ECGs, echocardiograms, and stress tests
\n
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
\n
• Prescribe and monitor medications
\n
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and care teams
\n
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
\n
• Participate in quality improvement and patient care initiatives
\n

Preferred Expertise

Candidates with experience in any of the following are highly valued:

\n
• Cardiac CT interpretation
\n
• Nuclear cardiology
\n
• Vascular imaging (RPVI)
\n
• Peripheral vascular interventions
\n
• Venous ablation procedures
\n
• Clinical research
\n

Qualifications

\n
• MD/DO with Board Certification in Cardiovascular Disease
\n
• Completion of an accredited Cardiology training program
\n
• Active New York medical license (or eligibility)
\n
• Active DEA registration
\n
• Experience with ECG, Echocardiography, and Stress Testing
\n
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus, but not required
\n
